Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Cath Lab RN with EPIC experience for a Cardiac Cath Lab position requiring weekend and on-call rotation.

Details

• Work in the Cath Lab department of a short-term acute care hospital
• Performs cardiac cath, PCI, vascular procedures, pacemaker and ICD implants at a STEMI Designated Hospital
• Provides complete pre- and post-care for outpatients
• Day shift schedule, 4x10 hours from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Participates in weekend call rotation
• On-call requirement of 12-15 hours depending on staffing needs
• May float to other departments such as PreOp, PACU, IVR, or OR to assist with tasks during low volume periods

Requirements

• Active RN license (MO state or compact) currently in hand
• Current certifications: ACLS and BLS
• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab RN experience required
• EPIC EMR experience required

Additional Information

• Must reside more than 70 miles from the facility to be eligible
• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
• Scrubs are provided
• Free parking available
• Holiday and weekend rotation participation may be required
• RTO should be requested upfront when possible
