Physical Therapist (Home Care) Adult Caseload
$65 - $80 per hourPriority Care Staffing
Priority Care Rehab Staffing is seeking dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapists to join our growing Home Health Care team. This position focuses on adult patients requiring skilled PT services in the comfort of their homes. This opportunity is ideal for PTs who value flexibility, clinical independence, and a supportive interdisciplinary environment.
- Perform inhome PT evaluations and followup visits
- Create individualized treatment plans
- Improve mobility, strength, balance, and safety
- Educate patients/caregivers on home exercises
- Document visits accurately and on time
- Active New York PT License
- Home Health or adult rehab experience a plus
- Strong communication and independent clinical skills
- $65-$80 per visit , depending on W2 or Independent Contractor status
- Consistent caseload and flexible scheduling
- Weekly direct deposit
