Seeking an experienced Data Center Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day physical data center operations, infrastructure deployments, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and operational improvements.

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Lead rack and stack activities, hardware installations, relocations, and decommissioning.
\n
• Manage structured cabling, labeling, rack layouts, and equipment documentation.
\n
• Troubleshoot server, storage, network, power, and environmental issues.
\n
• Coordinate with engineering teams, vendors, and OEMs for issue resolution.
\n
• Support hardware upgrades, migrations, maintenance, and expansion projects.
\n
• Monitor data center power, cooling, environmental conditions, and physical security.
\n
• Maintain asset inventories, procedures, and operational documentation.
\n
• Provide on-site leadership and technical guidance to data center support teams.
\n

Requirements

\n

\n
• 7+ years of data center operations/infrastructure experience.
\n
• Strong hands-on experience with rack and stack, cabling, and hardware deployment.
\n
• Knowledge of server, storage, networking, and power infrastructure.
\n
• Experience in enterprise data center environments.
\n
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
\n
• Ability to work independently in a mission-critical environment.
\n

Preferred

\n

\n
• Enterprise or hyperscale data center experience.
\n
• ITIL/change management knowledge.
\n
• Familiarity with DCIM and asset management tools.
\n
• Experience with data center migration or modernization projects.
\n
