Compensation: $60,000 – $65,000 annually + quarterly performance bonuses
We are seeking a Senior Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning and probate law and will be capable of managing a team of legal assistants while supporting our attorneys with high-level legal and administrative tasks. Compensation:$60,000 - $65,000 yearly plus bonuses
Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage a team of legal assistants, providing mentorship, support, and quality assurance
- Prepare and review legal documents, particularly those related to estate planning and probate matters
- Ensure that all deadlines are met and that the legal team is aware of upcoming tasks and case milestones
- Conduct legal research as needed and assist attorneys with case preparation
- Maintain organized and accurate client files, billing records, and document databases
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and other logistics for attorneys
- Support day-to-day office operations as needed to maintain efficiency
- Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience
- Prior experience in estate planning and probate is preferred
- Proven ability to lead and manage legal support staff
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Proficiency with MS Office products and legal document management systems
- Associate’s degree or paralegal certification is preferred
