Job Description
The Maintenance Tech is responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and safety of residential building systems through preventive maintenance and timely repairs. Working independently, this role involves servicing a variety of mixed systems and maintaining facility upkeep with occasional local travel during day shifts.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on residential building systems
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
- Manage inventory of maintenance tools and supplies
- Maintain clean and functional facility environments
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Maintain and service tools and equipment
- Conduct system testing to diagnose issues
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of maintenance experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques
- Familiarity with safety procedures
- Strong communication skills
