What You'll Learn & Do
As a Retail Sales & Customer Service Representative, you'll gain practical experience that goes beyond what you can learn in a classroom .
You'll:
- Engage with customers through face-to-face interactions
- Identify customer needs and recommend promotional products and solutions
- Learn the fundamentals of sales, marketing, customer engagement, and
business development
- Represent our brand and retail partners in a professional manner
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
- Develop communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Receive ongoing coaching and hands-on training
No Experience? That's Okay.
We don't expect you to know everything on day one.
We'll teach you.
Our training and mentorship are designed to help entry-level team members develop the confidence, knowledge, and skills needed to succeed in sales and eventually take on leadership responsibilities.
