We have partnered with an established, high-volume immigration law firm in Miami that is actively seeking an Experienced Immigration Paralegal to support its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal who already understands the immigration process and can confidently manage case preparation, client communication, filing requirements and deadlines in a busy legal environment. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting USCIS and/or Immigration Court matters , strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple active cases. Professional fluency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred and will be prioritised .

What You'll Be Doing

• Support attorneys with a diverse caseload involving family-based immigration, removal defense, asylum, humanitarian relief, waivers, naturalization and consular processing.

• Prepare and organise immigration forms, supporting documentation, evidence packets and filing materials.

• Assist with USCIS and, where applicable, EOIR filings.

• Gather information and supporting documentation from clients and follow up on outstanding items.

• Communicate with clients in English and Spanish regarding case status, documentation and next steps.

• Maintain accurate case files, deadlines, calendars and case-management records.

• Assist attorneys with hearing and interview preparation.

• Prepare exhibit packets, cover letters, declarations and other supporting materials under attorney supervision.

• Track case progress and agency correspondence.

• Assist with legal research and case preparation as directed by attorneys.

• Coordinate closely with attorneys and other legal staff in a high-volume environment.

• Identify missing documentation, upcoming deadlines and potential case-management issues before they become problems.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of immigration paralegal experience preferred .

• Hands-on experience with USCIS filings required.

• EOIR / Immigration Court experience is highly desirable, particularly removal defense.

• Familiarity with matters such as: Family-based petitions, Naturalization, Removal defense, Asylum, Adjustment of status, Humanitarian immigration matters.

• Strong understanding of immigration documentation and filing procedures.

• Excellent organisational and deadline-management skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with attorneys.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Experience with immigration case-management software is preferred.

• Professional English/Spanish bilingual fluency strongly preferred .

• Must be able to work on-site in Miami, FL 33161 and have a practical commute to the office.
