Palm Beach Tan is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team! Responsibilities include greeting, assisting, and building lasting customer relationships to encourage membership retention and repeat visits; educating customers on tanning services, UV and sunless options, and proper skin care; driving sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goals; processing transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems; maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment; and completing daily business tasks and operational responsibilities.

Requirements include previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred, strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences, goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and must be 18 years of age or older with reliable transportation.
