Role: Fragrance Product Development Intern Fragrance Evaluation And Development Work The intern supports fragrance development across Sol de Janeiro's perfume mists, body products, and hair products. Fragrance evaluations produce scent assessments, olfactive notes, and feedback that the team records for later product decisions. The daily work connects sample handling with technical documentation and launch preparation. The intern researches fragrance trends, technologies, ingredients, and development practices while helping the team keep evaluation materials organized. Familiarity with fragrance evaluation concepts, coursework in product development, or fragrance evaluation training is preferred. Strong organization and attention to detail support the team's trackers, samples, meeting notes, and technical documents. Written communication, verbal communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, self-motivation, and interest in fragrance evaluation complete the stated skill set. New York Team Coordination The hybrid internship connects office-based fragrance development with sample libraries, vendor communication, project trackers, and cross-functional meetings. The intern helps prepare agendas, meeting notes, technical documents, and presentation materials for those working sessions. Workspace upkeep is part of the assignment. The intern maintains the sample library and development area, supports sample management, and helps coordinate information across the product-development process.
