Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Position Overview Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Continuing Care (Skilled Nursing / Assisted Living / Memory Care) at Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living, located in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Compensation & Schedule Compensation: $32–$38 per hour, depending on experience, plus shift differential. Sign‑on bonus: $4,000. Schedule: 12‑hour shifts, days or nights. Responsibilities Develop relationships with residents and families using a consistent caregiver approach, focusing on resident‑first care. Assess, observe, and evaluate residents’ clinical condition; document findings in the electronic medical record. Notify the provider and/or RN when necessary. Update or modify care plans to reflect changes in a resident’s needs. Supervise and lead care associates. Administer medications timely, accurately, and according to orders. Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care. Respond to residents, families, or responsible parties in a timely and professional manner. Participate in clinical indicator reviews (falls, wounds, nutrition, antipsychotic use, etc.). Perform other duties as assigned by the RN clinical leader. Qualifications Minimum one year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long‑term care (preferred). Licensed in Colorado as a Licensed Practical Nurse. CPR certification required. Passion for caring for seniors and strong resident advocacy. Experience with electronic medical records preferred. Compliance with all applicable state regulations and requirements.
