Job Responsibilities

Assist the store manager in day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant
Supervise and train staff members to deliver exceptional customer service
Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels
Oversee food preparation and maintain high standards of food quality and safety
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

Qualifications

Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Flexible schedule with availability for weekends and day/night shifts
