Job Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant
• Supervise and train staff members to deliver exceptional customer service
• Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels
• Oversee food preparation and maintain high standards of food quality and safety
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Flexible schedule with availability for weekends and day/night shifts
