Compensation — $75,000- $95,000

As we continue to expand our presence we are seeking a driven and personable In-Home Sales Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated In-Home Sales Specialist to promote and sell our surface refinishing services to residential clients throughout the Metro Atlanta territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to help customers envision the full potential of their space. This is a field-based role that offers flexibility, autonomy, and real earning potential for the right person. If you enjoy being out of the office, managing your own schedule, and making a meaningful impact on a growing local business we would love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home estimates and appointments to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate refinishing solutions
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to potential clients
• Guide customers through color and finish selection to help them achieve their vision for their home
• Identify opportunities to expand the scope of each project through thoughtful recommendations for additional surfaces, finishes, and hardware
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure new business and maximize revenue
• Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and relationships developed within the community
• Cultivate referral partnerships with real estate professionals, home stagers, and investors in your territory
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to foster repeat business and referrals
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics as defined by management
• Represent the Miracle Method brand professionally in the field and contribute to our growing social media presence

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a home improvement or related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal

 • Valid Ga. Drivers License and Background Check

The Ideal Candidate Also Brings

• Experience in home improvement, interior design, real estate, or a related field
• Existing relationships in the real estate, staging, or home improvement community
• A natural ability to read a space and communicate its potential to a customer
• Comfort representing the brand beyond the appointment through community presence or social media
• Familiarity with surface refinishing — though product training is provided for the right candidate
