Civil Division - Lead Foreman Sitework

We’re looking for a dependable, experienced Heavy Equipment Lead Foreman - Civil Division to lead our excavation projects and keep things running smoothly from start to finish. This is more than just operating equipment, it’s about guiding a crew, coordinating with other teams, and ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and with the highest safety standards. What You’ll Do: Supervise and coordinate daily activities of excavation crews. Inspect job sites, equipment, and progress to ensure quality, safety, and compliance. Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to plan project procedures. Order and track materials and supplies as needed. Accurately locate, measure, and mark site locations for structures and equipment. Coordinate work activities with other subcontractors (i.e., paving, curbing, flatwork, landscaping). Shoot grades. Train team members on equipment operation, safety procedures, and company policies. Schedule manpower. Maintain equipment service and maintenance logs. Report any accidents or incidents to management promptly. What We’re Looking For: A proven leader with experience in excavation and site operations. Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and equipment operation. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and site plans with confidence.
