Location HH Braceland Bldg (10023) Job Summary Provides quality, cost‑effective inpatient and outpatient care for patients and families across the continuum of care. Ensures access, conducts assessments, coordinates required resources, and partners with health‑care team members to deliver appropriate services in a cost‑effective manner, meeting the goals of patients, providers, payors, and the organization.
