Supply Chain Component Site Lead

You will be responsible for daily direction of site supply chain resources, management of commodities delivered by the site, capacity planning, schedule agreement, and supplier performance.This is an onsite position in Shoreview MN. You will report to the Delivery Stream Manager, APX Supply Chain and will matrix report to the site leader at the Shoreview facility. Relocation is not provided with this role.Key Responsibilities:Provide leadership to the team of procurement project managers and supplier performance engineers located at the site.Provide direction (matrix relationship) to the on-site supplier quality engineers and sourcing specialists.Serve as the central connection point between the site's operational needs and the broader WBS supply chain structure.Drive safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance as the WBS Lead for commodities produced at the site.Lead capacity planning for materials and services required to support the site, including forecasting needs, identifying bottlenecks, and assessing supplier load and capability.Oversee and track supplier adherence, production milestones, witness/hold points, inspection readiness, and documentation deliverables to ensure compliance with program requirements.Represent the site in WBS planning meetings, program reviews, and supply chain readiness assessments.Maintain supplier relationships, manage vendor performance, identify new vendors, ensure required vendors are active on the Approved Supplier List (ASL and the Qualified Supplier List (QSL).Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field5+ years of supply chain/procurement experience in engineered productsExperience leading supplier quality, sourcing, and planning functionsProficiency with ERP/MRP (SAP preferred)Execution leadershipSupplier developmentEscalation managementWe are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
