Radiologic Technologist - CT Procedures

Job Description

Under the direction of the Radiologist and Department Director, this position performs radiographic and CT procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision. The technologist will utilize ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis and assume responsibility for designated areas and procedures as required.

Varies depending on facility need.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Graduate of an accredited high school or equivalent
• Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology accredited by the ARRT
• Registered technologist by the ARRT
• Required to be a licensed technologist by the State of Montana and the Montana Board of Radiologic Technologists
• Knowledge relative to age of patients served
