Senior Oncology Sales Specialist, Solid Tumor, GU - Boise, ID - Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Oncology Sales Specialist to promote oncology therapeutics across Idaho, Montana, Eastern Washington, and Eastern Oregon. The role combines direct pharmaceutical sales with account strategy development and clinical knowledge in a field-based, commission-based position.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies for current and new oncology therapeutic products within assigned territory
• Conduct market analysis, prospect for new business, and develop account penetration strategies with management
• Build customer relationships and deliver clinical evidence-based sales messaging to physicians and healthcare decision-makers
• Maintain product knowledge, reimbursement awareness, and understanding of specialty pharmacy and managed care dynamics
• Complete required training, compliance documentation, expense reporting, and administrative responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree minimum
• Two or more years direct pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience with documented results
• Oncology specialty sales and/or major hospital account sales background
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel including overnight stays
• Strong relationship-building and key decision-maker identification skills
• Experience with complex hospital reimbursement and managed care dynamics
• Proficiency with virtual engagement and meeting technology
