Riverside Medical Group - Peninsula - Primary Care Physicians

Riverside Medical Group – Peninsula – Primary Care Physicians in Newport News is seeking an operations supervisor to run a busy medical practice. You will supervise 5+ providers and up to 20 staff, oversee scheduling, onboarding, payroll, access to care, and compliance with payor policies while controlling expenses. You will use patient satisfaction data and dashboards to drive improvements, communicate findings to providers, and support recruitment and retention of team members. #J-18808-Ljbffr
