Supply Chain Corporate Fellowship - Hiring Our Heroes

Job Description Hiring Our Heroes Fellowship Opportunities available for CoHort 26.3 (September 8th, 2026 – November 19, 2026) for our Supply Chain Solutions division. This opportunity is available exclusively to individuals enrolled in the “Hiring Our Heroes Fellowship Program” offered to active military participants through a military branch. Summary During the 12-week HOH fellowship, you will gain hands‑on experience of day‑to‑day operations within our Supply Chain Division. You will manage all activities associated with efficient operation of accounts, including P&L responsibility, customer satisfaction, compliance, employee relations, and safety. Essential Functions Manage the performance of salaried and hourly employees, resolve performance issues, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Collaborate with senior management and customers to determine needs and expectations, and operate the account to meet demands. Analyze weekly and monthly P&L statements to determine account profitability, and provide financial data and weekly operations reports to senior management. Hold safety & security meetings, provide safety training, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Skills and Abilities Build and manage effective teams. Qualifications Transitioning service member fellows must be within 180 days of transition from military service at the time of the 12‑week program. Currently participating in the DoD Skillbridge program through the Hiring Our Heroes Fellowship. Three (3) years or more relevant experience in military or other supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry related field preferred. Two (2) years or more managing and leading direct reports preferred.
