Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity

A dynamic opportunity awaits Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP, SLP-CCC) and experienced SLPAs to make a positive impact in local Early Childhood programs. This full-time contract role focuses on providing comprehensive speech and language services to children across Harrisburg, Perry County, and Upper Dauphin areas. With a weekly commitment of 35 hours and a manageable caseload of approximately 45 students, you'll play an essential part in fostering communication skills during critical learning years.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid state license as an SLP or SLP-CCC; consideration also given to experienced SLPAs
• Previous experience working with early childhood or elementary-age children preferred
• Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and documentation
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and adaptability for a multi-site assignment

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy and interventions for a diverse caseload in an Early Childhood program
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and comprehensive assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and documentation in compliance with state and federal requirements
• Consult with families and staff to support student communication needs
• Participate in team meetings, IEP processes, and trainings as required
