Medical Technologist

Job Overview The Medical Technologist/Clinical Laboratory Scientist oversees patient specimen collection, processing, testing, and reporting. They assure quality control, quality assurance, maintain analyzers, and monitor accuracy and precision. They must be proficient in analyzer and instrument operation, quality control, calibration, and maintenance. Successful candidates have a passion for customer service excellence, teamwork, and enjoy working with the public. Schedule Full‑Time – 36 hours per week (.9 FTE) – 6:00 am to 6:30 pm [Tuesday, Thursday‑Friday]. Shift options: 3×12, negotiable to 4×10 or 5×8. Minimum Qualifications Active Montana Clinical Laboratory Scientist or Clinical Lab Technician license, or ability to obtain licensure within 45 days of hire. One to two years of post‑degree clinical training preferred.
