Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) OpportunityWillis Knighton Health is seeking a full-time Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) to join the system with a busy Cardiology practice.Responsibilities And DutiesWorks under direction and in consultation/collaboration with a physician and may perform services authorized by the supervising/collaborating physician that are part of the physician's normal course of practice and expertise.Promotes quality outcomes and initiatives.Must have a Supervision Agreement (SA) or Collaborative Practice Arrangement (CPA) with a physician in like practice.Practices within applicable state laws, appropriate boards, and in accordance with his/her/their SA/CPA and delineation of privileges.Minimum QualificationsAANP — American Association of Nurse Practitioners — American Association of Nurse Practitioners Certification BoardAPRN - Advanced Practice Registered Nurse License — State of Louisiana Board of NursingNCCPA - National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants — American Association of Physician AssistantsPA - Physician Assistant - National Commission on the Certification of Physician AssistantsAdditional Job DescriptionThis position is 50% ambulatory clinic and 50% hospital-based.Work ShiftDay (with call) and 40 hours per week
