Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical-surgical nursing and experience in patient care management. The RN will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care in a compassionate and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the medical-surgical unit
• Monitor and assess patient health status, including vital signs and symptoms
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and families regarding medical conditions, treatment options, and health management
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control policies, including isolation protocols

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical-surgical nursing
• Current RN license and Nursys license verification required
• Completion of a skills checklist and provision of references
• Certification in relevant nursing specialties preferred
