Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scaffold Erector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding systems in a safe and efficient manner. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures according to safety guidelines
• Inspect scaffolding components to ensure stability and compliance
• Load, unload, and transport materials to job sites
• Follow OSHA and company safety procedures at all times
• Work closely with site supervisors and crew members
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scaffold Erector
• Drivers license preferred
• Ability to safely install and dismantle stair towers and pedestrian walkways
• Knowledge of scaffolding systems and safety regulations
• Ability to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs) and work at heights
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Ability to work in various weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience in commercial or industrial construction
• Forklift or equipment operation experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $25$36 per hour (depending on experience)

Schedule

• Monday Friday (with occasional weekends as needed)
• Typical 810 hour shifts
• Various job locations in California
