Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care within an 11-OR suite performing general, neuro/spine, cardiovascular/thoracic, orthopedic, gynecological, and robotic surgeries
• Maintain a 2:1 patient ratio and adhere to all OR safety and sterile field protocolsparticipation in on-call requirements including 1–2 nights per week and 1–2 weekend call shifts per month
• Participate in on-call requirements including 1–2 nights per week and 1–2 weekend call shifts per month
• Document patient care accurately using the facility EMR system (Meditech)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including charge nurses, surgical technologists, and specialty surgical teams

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license with eligibility to practice in Colorado
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital Operating Room RN experience
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Ability to perform across multiple surgical specialties including general, neuro/spine, CVT, ortho, GYN, and robotics

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with Meditech EMR strongly preferred
• Charge nurse experience highly preferred; candidates with this background will be given priority consideration
• Precepting experience is a plus
• Flexible, adaptable personality with strong communication skills
