Job DescriptionThe Assembler C completes product assembly. This involves assembling electronic components, subassemblies and systems by following specific written instructions, with assistance as needed.ResponsibilitiesAssembling electronic components, assemblies, subassemblies by working from samples, visual aids, prints, routing instructions and process sheets using appropriate toolingReceiving continuous job training of various processes and proceduresMixing and applying a variety of epoxies during installation, bonding, and finishing assembliesCleaning parts and electronic assemblies per Work InstructionsPerforming mechanical assembly operations in the building of motor assemblies using standard measuring tools and techniquesPerforming mechanical and electrical assembly operations on products of varying complexity in both ESD or non-ESD environments with lead or manager oversight; This may include, but is not limited to basic soldering, hand tools, testing equipment, working with wiring, magnets, bonding, cleaning of various metals/materialsPerforming soldering work according to work procedures and drawing and schematic standards and requirementsQualificationsExperience:No experience is required in area of responsibility.About UsAt Frontgrade, we build mission-critical electronics that perform without compromise in the world's most demanding environments, from deep space to national defense.
