Senior Living Sales Director

Sales DirectorThe Sales Director is responsible for meeting/exceeding occupancy goals at his/her campus. In doing so, the Sales Director will cultivate positive and informative relationships with numerous stakeholders throughout the sales journey including new hires, potential residents and their family members, referral agencies and partners, and campus colleagues.Qualifications: Prior senior living sales management experience preferred, ideally under the Sherpa/Aline sales philosophy Demonstrated proficiency with traditional marketing (advertising, direct mail and events) with measurable path to ROI Comfort with senior population including those with clinical needs Understanding the value of a continuum of care and ability to confidently communicate its advantages Technically proficient with CRM/Yardi and full suite of Microsoft Office products Strong public speaking and training skills Goal-driven player/coach mentality Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or communications Valid driver's license A willingness to embrace our legacy of "doing more" for our residents and your colleagues.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
