Sr. GenAI Developer - Hybrid NYC

JOB DESCRIPTION This position will support the design, development, integration, and deployment of enterprise AI solutions focused on improving employee's digital experience. This role will focus on AI agents, enterprise integrations, automation, RAG solutions, and rapid delivery of AI-powered capabilities across employee-facing platforms. Key responsibilities will include: -Develop AI agents and GenAI applications -Design and implement integrations with enterprise systems and APIs -Build RAG solutions and enterprise knowledge retrieval capabilities -Develop and support cloud-based AI applications and workflows -Collaborate with architects, product owners, and security teams to deliver scalable solutions -Troubleshoot, optimize, and support production AI solutions TECHNICAL SKILLS Must Have Agile Methodology AI Agents API Integration Azure Cloud Services DevOps Enterprise Integration Patterns Large Language Models (LLMs) Prompt Engineering Nice To Have Gemini Enterprise MCP Microsoft Azure AI foundry Microsoft Copilot Studio Microsoft Graph APIs Power Platform and Power Automate
