Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) | Assisted Living Facility (ALF) Location: Keego Harbor, MI Pay Rate: $18/hour Position Type: Per Diem Care Setting: Assisted living Facility (ALF) Shift Availability: 3p-11p & 11p-7a Job Summary Elite Medical Staffing is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for assisted living opportunities in Keego Harbor, MI. Responsibilities A CNA picking up shifts through Elite Medical Staffing at an assisted living facility may be expected to: Utilize EMR PCC to record patients’ medical information and vital signs Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and support with ambulation as needed Encourage and promote resident independence while providing appropriate assistance Monitor residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or overall well-being to appropriate staff Respond promptly to resident requests and provide compassionate resident-centered care Assist residents with meals, hydration, and dining support as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful living environment Maintain compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements Communicate concerns or issues to onsite supervisor and agency Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience working under an active CNA Certification Minimum 1 year of experience working in assisted living High School Diploma or equivalent required Must have reliable transportation to assigned facilities Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality Able to push, pull, and lift at least 50 pounds Able to be standing and walking with frequent bending, reaching, and lifting with proper body mechanics Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Willing to complete background and drug screening in accordance with applicable laws and regulations Credentials Required Active and unencumbered MI CNA Certification Government-Issued Photo ID or Passport Resume Additional credentials may be required based on facility placement About Elite Medical Staffing Elite Medical Staffing is a healthcare staffing agency connecting experienced nursing and allied healthcare professionals with flexible, high-paying opportunities.
