Perched on Laguna Beach's famed Coast Highway at the southern end of the town's winding oceanside route, Le Petit Pali Laguna Beach is a two-story hideaway with 41 king and suite rooms, an intimate guest lobby and bar, and a sparkling pool area nestled among soaring palm trees, all just steps from Treasure Island Beach and Goff Cove, two of the area's most revered beachfront destinations.

The Bartender brings the energy behind the bar at Le Petit Pali Laguna Beach crafting well-made drinks and building the kind of rapport that turns first-time guests into regulars. You'll bring precision and personality to everything from morning espresso to late-night cocktails.

The Task At Hand:

• Craft drinks for every occasion mimosas at brunch, chef's-tasting-menu pairings, or espresso to-go.
• Create a warm, laidback atmosphere and keep the bar tidy and welcoming for guests and staff alike.
• Learn our steps of service, products, menu, and systems inside and out.
• Restock, replenish, and prep the bar as needed.
• Communicate openly with bar and restaurant managers on customer feedback.
• Collaborate with hotel staff to make sure overnight guests know about exclusive bar offerings and promotions.

What We're Looking For:

Required:

• 1 year of related experience as a Bartender in a high-quality full-service or fast-casual environment.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks, with the ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
• Comfortable with basic arithmetic for tabs and inventory.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Physical:

Ability to carry up to 30 lbs and walk, stand, and bend continuously throughout the day.

Flexible schedule, able to work a variety of shifts.
