The Master Trainer must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to speak, understand, communicate, and deliver technical instruction effectively in both languages across multiple subject areas.

The Master Trainer upholds Irby training standards and serves in an advisory capacity for employee readiness and continuous improvement while being empowered to stop unsafe work during training, audits, or live coaching sessions. Master Trainers collaborate across regions to maintain consistency, technical accuracy, and quality across all curricula.

This position is classified as a field-based role. The employee may reside anywhere within the United States.

The position requires regular, ongoing nationwide travel to project sites, field operations, and training locations based on business and workforce needs.
