Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Location: Corvallis, ORBlack Stone Physical Medicine is growing and looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our established pain management team. For over 10 years, we've helped patients across the southern Willamette Valley find relief and improve their quality of life-and we're looking for a provider who's passionate about doing the same.As an Advanced Practice Provider in our clinic, you'll evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients experiencing acute and chronic pain. You'll work closely with an experienced team that includes two PAs and a board-certified pain management physician, with the autonomy to practice independently after training and support available whenever needed.What You'll DoEvaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plansPerform physical exams and document care in the EMROrder and interpret diagnostic testsPrescribe medications and therapiesEducate patients and families on treatment options and proceduresCoordinate care with referring and primary care providersRespond to patient inquiries in a timely mannerWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary: $120,000–$150,000 (DOE) + RVU bonus structureTotal compensation potential: $120,000–$250,000No weekends, evenings, holidays, or callConsistent weekday schedule (typically 8–5)Strong clinical support staffOpportunities to expand skills (injections, pain management devices)Comprehensive benefits package (reviewed annually for competitiveness)What You BringGraduate of an accredited PA or NP programCurrent certification (PA-C or NP) and active licensure1–3 years of clinical experience preferredStrong clinical judgment and patient care skillsAbility to work collaboratively with a care teamComfort with EMR documentation and medical terminologyIf you're looking for a role that offers autonomy, strong support, and the opportunity to grow in pain management, we'd love to connect.Apply today and help patients get back to living their lives.
