As an Events Banquet Mixologist at Hilton, you'll be at the heart of creating unforgettable experiences. Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve a variety of innovative cocktails and beverages that elevate each event experience.
• Collaborate with event coordinators to tailor drink menus that align with the theme and guest preferences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area to ensure efficient service and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations and enhance their overall experience.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
• Train and mentor junior staff members, fostering a culture of learning and teamwork.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management to prevent shortages during events.

Qualifications:

• Experience in crafting and serving a diverse range of cocktails with precision and flair.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with event teams to design unique drink menus.
• Proven track record of engaging with guests warmly and professionally to enhance their experience.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean and efficient bar area.
• Ability to monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management proactively.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into your craft.
