Preconstruction Manager: Multifamily Cost Strategy

Vivmark Residential

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Preconstruction Manager in Arlington, Virginia. You will lead regional estimating, drive value engineering, and perform constructability analyses from pursuit through completion, partnering with Development, Design, Capital Projects, and Construction teams. This role requires steering cost forecasts, risks, and opportunities while supporting informed investment decisions and project pro formas across multiple multifamily development projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr Vivmark Residential
