Responsibilities NORTON NEUROSCIENCE INSTITUTE Cressman Parkinson's & Movement Disorders Center is seeking a fellowship-trained movement disorders neurologist. The candidate will join a team with two fellowship-trained movement disorders neurologists, a fellowship-trained functional neurosurgeon, a board-certified neuropsychologist, specialty-trained physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, an advanced practice provider, and a nurse navigator. The center has strong referral patterns from other NNI neurologists, providers within Norton Medical Group, and community providers throughout the region seeking tertiary expertise. About the Center CRESSMAN NEUROLOGICAL REHABILITATION provides rehabilitation for patients managing neurological conditions. Patients have access to advanced technology and specialized services in one location to help with gait, balance, strength, flexibility, speech, fine motor skills, swallowing, driving, cognition, vision and more. Specialized rehabilitation care includes the ZeroG Gait & Balance System, the Biodex Gait Training System, deep brain stimulation, Parkinson Wellness Recovery certified therapists, videostroboscopy, and one‑on‑one personalized training and follow‑up programs. Performing an appropriate physical examination of each patient. Analyzing reports and/or findings of tests and personal examinations in order to assess the medical condition of the patient, including diagnosing the patient's injury or illness and formulating a prognosis.
