If you are called to work, you make above and beyond the guaranteed amount.Early payroll access: you have access to your earned wages prior to pay day.Paid mileageFlexible schedulesJob Responsibilities:Homemaker & Companion Services: Companionship, Light-housekeeping, Laundry, Meal Preparation, Med Reminders, Transportation, etc. Personal Care Services: Bathing, Feeding, Toileting, Transferring, etc. We're looking for great caregivers/home health aides that can be proactive, knowing what to do or how to make life easier for the client without the client having to ask for everything. You must be attentive and compassionate. You must have a great work ethic, an ability to show empathy for your client, and the ability to provide personal "hands-on" care. You must also be able to work with limited supervision, focusing on your client (as opposed to your cell-phone or other distractions).Preferred Candidates have:- Level 2 Background Check - At least one year of work-related experience - Must be able to provide work references - For Personal Care clients, evidence of Home Health Aide training or current Florida CNA license or ability to pass Home Health Aide test (written and practical) - At least 18 years of age - Proof of residence in the United States - Current CPR card is required - Valid driver's license, auto insurance & dependable vehicle Compensation: $12.00 - $16.00 per hourTypical Job Duties Include:Aiding with activities of daily livingAssisting with shopping, errands & transportationPick up prescriptions & assist with telehealth visitsLight housekeepingMeal preparationProviding companionshipExceptional Caregiver AwardsOffering compassionate care to clients in their homes is a special calling.
