Job Title: Software Engineer (Java or Python) Location: Baltimore, MD Pay Range: $60-63/hr depending on years of experience What's the Job? Design, develop, implement, test, and maintain business and computer applications software or specialized utility programs. Fine‑tune and improve a variety of sophisticated software implementation projects. Gather and analyze system requirements, document specifications, and develop tailored software solutions. Implement system software and customize it to meet client requirements, ensuring high quality standards. Create detailed software specifications, test plans, and perform unit testing of developed programs. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related discipline. 5‑7 years of experience in software development and troubleshooting. Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. Experience with large systems software design and development.
