The job duties are as follows;

Turning on equipment and water to begin the process..

Unloading shrimp from trailers and documenting size and weights as shrimp is unloaded

Making sure quality shrimp is being unloaded and processed.

Ensuring that employees are in place and performing job duties

Making sure shrimp is peeling properly and communicating with peeling operator and Quality Control to

confirm any adjustments

Communicating issues to Maintenance Supervisor

Communicating with the plant manager any issues,concerns or questions

The owners are both 3rd generation in the shrimp business and value the most important part of the business;our employees. We have many 20 plus year employees.
