General Laborer / Forklift Operator

This role involves performing general labor duties in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities may include operating equipment, housekeeping, material handling, and supporting production operations as needed. The work environment can be dusty or dirty and requires physical activity such as bending, twisting, and lifting.

Shift: 3rd Shift (MondayFriday, 10:30 PM 6:30 AM) Pay Rate: $25.15/hour

Perform general labor duties including cleaning, equipment operation, and production support

Operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks (PIT) safely and efficiently

Load, unload, and move materials and finished products

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately

Support team members and assist with additional duties as assigned

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Basic math skills (counting, measuring, simple calculations)

Strong communication skills in both individual and group settings

Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a production environment

Capable of working independently and as part of a team

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly

Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods

Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and perform physically demanding tasks

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and industrial environment

Ability to operate or learn to operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts, pallet jacks)

Must successfully pass Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) certification/training

Basic computer skills for occasional system use

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred

Steel-toe shoes required

Commitment to safety and compliance with all workplace regulations

On-the-job training provided

Skills can typically be learned within a short timeframe with proper training
