Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical (Day Shift)

ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical (Day Shift) in Charleston, South Carolina.

This is a 13-week contract position.

7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, must work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees.

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing essential care to patients in the Medical-Surgical unit. This unit features a team nursing approach, complete with techs on-site and support from a free Charge Nurse. You'll utilize Meditech for documentation and participate in patient safety rounds and bedside shift reports.

Provide patient care in accordance with hospital policies.

Engage in hourly safety rounds and bedside shift reporting.

Collaborate with a team of nursing staff and techs for optimal patient outcomes.

Ensure proper documentation using Meditech.

Current Registered Nurse license.

Experience in a Medical-Surgical setting is preferred.

Must have BLS and NIH Stroke Scale certification (can be obtained here).
