Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Title: ICU RN Location: Hinesville, Georgia Type: Permanent Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000/year Sign on Bonus: $500 Shift: 7a-7p; every other weekend Hours: 36 Hours per Week Join a dynamic healthcare team as an ICU Registered Nurse in the fast-paced step-down unit, providing critical care to high-acuity patients. Responsibilities Provide direct care to critically ill and high-acuity patients. Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring. Titrate IV medications in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols. Monitor and manage patients requiring intensive nursing care. Interpret and respond to changes in patient condition. Monitor arterial lines and central venous pressure (CVP) lines. Care for patients requiring invasive and non-invasive ventilation. Perform ventilation monitoring and assessments every two hours. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Requirements Active Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) License. Previous ICU, Step-Down, PCU, or Trauma Nursing experience. Strong critical care background. Current ACLS Certification. Current BLS Certification. Current PALS Certification.
