Would you like to spend your days greeting adorable babies and helping new and expectant parents prepare for the most rewarding experience of their lives? If so, we want to hear from you! We have immediate availability for a part-time retail sales associate and social media assistant in a baby boutique and parent support center. We’re looking for someone with retail storefront experience, social media knowledge, and availability to work every Sunday and Monday, 10am-5pm. Must be comfortable with computers and social media, have an artful eye for retail merchandising/displays, and exhibit great customer service skills. Most importantly, must LOVE babies! Sales Associate Responsibilities : Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise, and providing outstanding customer service. Superior product and class knowledge. Operating cash register, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers. Achieving established goals. Directing customers to merchandise within the store. Increasing store sales. Creating and sharing online social media content through Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor. Straitening classrooms after dismissal. Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers. Cross-selling products and classes to increase purchase amounts. Maintaining and sanitizing breast pump rentals. Cleaning and tidying store Sales Associate Requirements : Comfortable with computers, Internet, and emails. Retail sales experience. A professional appearance. Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability is required. Availability for full-days shifts (8 hours) as well as part-time shifts (4 hours). The ability to read, write, and perform basic math. The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
