Electronic Manufacturing Technician (Cleanroom) – Growth Opportunity

• Operate and monitor semiconductor manufacturing equipment (manual and automated)
• Set up and run processes including photolithography, etching, cleaning, and inspection
• Perform microscope inspections to ensure product quality and accuracy
• Handle wafers, circuit boards, and micro-scale components
• Track production data using Excel and other systems
• Make minor equipment adjustments to maintain efficiency
• Follow detailed procedures, safety guidelines, and cleanroom protocols
• Safely handle chemicals with proper protective equipment
• Work with team members to meet production and quality goals

• Experience in manufacturing, electronics, assembly, or machine operation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)
• Manual dexterity for precision work
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a cleanroom environment
• High school diploma or GED

Preferred: cleanroom, semiconductor, soldering, or circuit board experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allentown, PA.

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $30.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Allentown,PA.
