Job Description
  • Manage K12, Higher Ed, civic, and public-sector construction projects from preconstruction through turnover.
  • Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for owners, design teams, and inspectors.
  • Review drawings, process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and all project documentation.
  • Oversee site activities, safety compliance, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and negotiate scopes of work.
  • Lead OAC, internal team, and subcontractor meetings.
  • Conduct site walks and ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Manage closeout, punch lists, and warranty processes.
  • Mentor junior PMs, APMs, and project engineers.

The Successful Applicant
  • 5-10+ years of experience managing public-sector commercial construction projects.
  • Knowledge of public procurement, permitting, inspections, and Florida building codes.
  • Experience with groundup construction, sitework, and MEP coordination.
  • Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).
  • Strong communication and clientfacing skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple project priorities.
  • Stable career history with a track record of delivering complex institutional builds.
