Responsibilities- Engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and financial goals.
- Present and explain various life and health insurance products clearly and concisely.
- Guide clients through the application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive follow-up and exceptional service.
- Collaborate with the team to share best practices and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Stay current with insurance industry trends, regulations, and product offerings.
- Valid Illinois Life and Health Insurance Producer License.
- Proven experience in insurance sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A genuine desire to help people find the right insurance solutions.
- Proficiency with CRM software and standard office applications.
