Talent Acquisition ManagerAs the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process and ensuring that Lemontree Healthcare attracts, hires, and retains top talent across all departments. This role requires a strategic thinker who can build a recruitment framework to support the organization's growth while maintaining a strong focus on culture fit, diversity, and employee experience.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to meet the company's hiring goals. Create a talent pipeline to proactively source high-quality candidates across various roles and departments.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coach the talent acquisition team to ensure effective execution of recruitment strategies. Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job requisition, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from first contact to hire.Employer Branding: Work closely with marketing and communications teams to build and enhance the company's employer brand. Create compelling messaging to attract top candidates and showcase Lemontree Healthcare as an employer of choice.Candidate Sourcing & Outreach: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, including leveraging social media, job boards, networking, and employee referrals to find passive and active candidates.Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in the recruitment process. Develop strategies to attract diverse talent and ensure the hiring process is unbiased and inclusive.Hiring Manager Partnerships: Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and ensure alignment on candidate qualifications and cultural fit.Metrics & Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire. Provide regular reports to leadership on recruitment progress and outcomes.Market Research & Trends: Stay informed about recruitment trends and best practices. Utilize market research and competitive intelligence to continually refine and improve recruitment strategies.Onboarding Process: Ensure that candidates have a positive onboarding experience, working closely with HR and hiring managers to facilitate smooth transitions from offer acceptance to first day.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment marketing tools, and other HR software.Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and talent pipelines. Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using recruitment data to drive decisions. Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in recruitment and hiring.
