Transport Driver

Transportation CoordinatorResponsible for safely transporting residents to and from medical appointments, therapy appointments, and other approved destinations while providing courteous and compassionate service.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Safely transport residents to and from scheduled appointments.Assist residents with entering and exiting the vehicle, including wheelchair and mobility assistance as needed.Secure wheelchairs and residents according to safety procedures.Maintain a clean, safe, and properly maintained vehicle.Complete required transportation logs and documentation.Communicate appointment delays, schedule changes, and resident concerns to the appropriate facility staff.Follow all facility policies, traffic laws, and applicable transportation regulations.Protect resident privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.Qualifications:Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.Ability to safely assist residents with mobility needs.Good communication and customer service skills.Ability to follow safety procedures and facility policies.CPR/First Aid certification as required by facility policy.Mapleview Country Villa – 10 Years of Growing ImpactRooted in the Community: Mapleview Country Villa has proudly served the Chardon area for 10 years.
