What You'll Do: Maintain and manage donor records in Raiser’s Edge and other systems Process gifts, pledges, recurring donations, and sponsorships accurately Generate donor reports, mailing lists, and fundraising analytics Support donor acknowledgment efforts including letters and tax receipts Assist with donor stewardship and track engagement activities Provide administrative support including scheduling, reporting, and correspondence Help coordinate fundraising events, registrations, and follow-up activities Prepare donor materials such as reports, name badges, and event documents Assist with fundraising communications including newsletters, appeals, and mailings Collaborate with internal teams to support fundraising initiatives What You'll Need: Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred (Business, Communications, Nonprofit, Marketing, or related field) 1–3 years of administrative, fundraising, or nonprofit experience preferred Experience with donor databases required Raiser’s Edge / Raiser’s Edge NXT strongly preferred Experience with gift entry, reporting, and database maintenance preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English Benefits Available for Qualified Positions: Comprehensive benefits package, including Health, Dental, Vision, company-funded Life Insurance, and optional STD, LTD, Accident, and Critical Illness coverage.
