From verifying deliveries to coordinating loading schedules, you'll be the go-to person for keeping operations on track! (pallet/manufacturing experience a plus).Tech Savvy: Familiarity with TMS/WMS or inventory management systems a plus.Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Strong Attention to Detail: Ability to track shipments and spot discrepancies.Communication & Organization: Work well with internal teams and external partners.What You'll Do:Process and verify incoming shipments-ensure everything matches work orders.Prepare outgoing pallet loads and keep shipments on schedule.Maintain accurate shipping & receiving records-digital logs & documentation.Coordinate loading and unloading schedules with carriers and drivers.Be the main point of contact for truck drivers, vendors, and visitors.Use inventory management software (COLT/Blue Yonder) to optimize workflow.Perform pre-shift door checks, assign loads, and coordinate with forklift drivers.Ensure compliance with safety and company policies (OSHA, MSDS, etc.)Support office management, accounting, and customer service as needed.Join us and be part of a team that values hard work, dedication, and a commitment to excellence.
