Responsibilities The Impact You’ll Make At Quiddity, we believe in the power of mentorship and the precision of great design. In this role, you will: Lead with Purpose: Grow and mentor a high-performing team of PEs, EITs, CAD designers, and administrative professionals. Drive Diverse Projects: Spearhead complex multi family, mixed-use projects from the initial planning stages through design and construction. Be a Key Player: Act as a primary face for our clients, ensuring we deliver on our commitments while upholding the quality Quiddity is known for. Shape Our Growth: Play a significant role in our Florida expansion, enjoying the autonomy and visibility that comes with a scaling office. What You’ll Bring Technical Expertise: A Professional Engineering (PE) license with a solid background in civil engineering. Proven Leadership: Extensive project management experience specifically within residential community land development. A Passion for Development: A genuine interest in coaching a team and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
